Support extended for Victorian businesses

The Victorian Government has announced further support for Victorian businesses as the current lockdown is extended another week for Melbourne businesses. Download the latest Media Release here.

In that providing regional COVID testing remains negative, as of 11:59pm tomorrow night (Thursday), restrictions will be eased in Regional Victoria. Download the Restrictions Table here.

Also, the recently announced Government Support Grants have been altered to account for the fact that Melbourne businesses will be locked down an additional week, therefore allowing Melbourne based businesses access to $5,000 grants, and Regional Victorian Businesses will still have access to the initial $2,500 per the original announcement.

We are expecting eligibility criteria to be released tomorrow, as they delayed the opening of the funding applications until tomorrow (3 June).
